All commissions include commercial use and monetized content rights at no extra cost.

GENERAL

  • PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH ANY PAYMENT OR TRANSACTION.

  • By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all sections and conditions stated below.

  • I reserve the right to reject or cancel any commission for any reason if I feel uncomfortable working on it.

SKEB / SURPRISE ME COMMISSIONS

  • No sketches or WIPs will be provided.

  • You will receive the final artwork only, delivered 1–2 months after full payment and receipt of all required references.

  • 100% payment upfront is required.

  • No edits or revisions are allowed, including aesthetic changes (pose, colors, composition, etc.). Just small adjustments.

PAYMENTS

By commissioning me, you agree to:

  1. Pay the full quoted price upfront.

  2. No haggling, discounts, or payment plans unless explicitly stated.

  3. Prices are final once agreed upon.

REVISIONS

Main revisions are made in the sketch phase. Once I do the lineart and shading, minor adjustments could be made. Once the sketch is approved, any additional changes or revisions will incur extra charges.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Secret Project (NDA)

  • If you want your commission to remain completely private (no streams, previews, or social media posts until your debut), an additional 30% fee applies.

Urgent Project (Rush)

  • If you request priority work or are unhappy with the assigned slot date, an additional 50% rush fee applies.

USE

  • You are allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned artwork for personal and commercial purposes.

  • Print the artwork and claim ownership of the character(s) (not the artwork itself).

  • Use the artwork for self-promotion.

  • Credit is not required, but it is greatly appreciated.

  • I reserve the right to use the artwork for self-promotion, including portfolios, social media, and examples of my work.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork.

  • Commissioners are granted usage rights as stated above.

  • I may display commissioned works in my portfolio and promotional materials.

REFUNDS

  • Every service I offer is of digital nature. I do not ship packages or physical objects to my clients - based on this, none of the products are refundable.

  • Exceptions:

  • If I am unable to start your commission → Full refund.

  • If I am unable to finish your commission after the lineart stage → Partial refund.

  • If you cancel before work has started → Full refund.
